What we need from you
- The product, or a firm date when a unit can reach us.
- Who it is for, and what makes it different from the last three things in its category.
- Any embargo or launch date we have to work around.
- Whether you want the piece on our channels, on yours, or both.
What happens next
- We read every pitch ourselves and reply within two working days.
- If it is a fit, a short call to agree the format, the timing and the deliverables.
- A fixed quote. Nothing starts until you have approved it in writing.
- We test it, we shoot it, we publish, and you get the finished assets.
What it costs
It depends on the format, the shoot days and the usage rights you want, so we quote each project on its own rather than publishing a rate card. Put a rough budget in the form and we will tell you quickly whether it is workable.
How we handle paid work
Paying for coverage buys our time, our testing and our production. It does not buy a verdict. Every piece a brand pays for carries a clear label saying so, at the top of the written version and in the first screen of the video, and we keep the right to say what we actually found. If that is a problem, we are the wrong studio and we would rather say so now.
